1. Who We Are

Being Unapologetically Me is a completely virtual and soul-led business created by Gayle Wilder. It offers spiritual guidance, storytelling, intuitive services, energy support, and digital self-paced tools for women and animals and their guardians.

All services, sessions, and content are offered remotely via digital platforms.

2. Use of This Site

You agree to use this site for personal, lawful, and respectful purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, resell, or exploit any content without written permission

• Misuse this space or interfere with its security or operations

• Attempt to falsely represent yourself or others

You’re welcome here as you are, but you must be at least 18 years old to book services independently. Minors may participate with parental or guardian consent in specific offerings.

3. Offerings, Sessions, and Services

All services offered on this site — including 1:1 sessions, storytelling, courses, and downloadable resources — are intended as complementary spiritual and emotional support. They are not substitutes for licensed medical, legal, psychological, or veterinary care.

You are responsible for your own decisions and personal well-being before, during, and after engaging in any offerings.

Sessions are sacred containers. Information shared in sessions remains confidential and will not be recorded, sold, or shared without your explicit consent.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled virtually via approved platforms (Zoom, phone, or otherwise). You will receive confirmation via email upon booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable at our discretion, as energy and time have already been held for you.

No-shows are considered forfeited.

5. Refunds & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital offerings (downloads, courses, and written material), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Refunds for 1:1 sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment.

Packages and memberships are non-transferrable and expire within the timeline shared at purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including blog posts, audio scripts, spiritual messages, course materials, and visual art — belongs to Being Unapologetically Me unless otherwise noted.

You may not duplicate, distribute, or publish any content for resale or unauthorized use.
You may download personal materials only for your own spiritual and emotional growth.

7. Privacy and Consent

All personal information is handled with care and stored securely in alignment with our Privacy Policy.

By using this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined.

Any testimonials, client messages, or feedback used in public (e.g., blog, social proof) will only be shared with your explicit permission and will be anonymized unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Gayle Wilder and Being Unapologetically Me are not responsible for:

• Any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the site, services, or digital content
